Tuna Paté

Ingredients:
Tuna in Olive Spanish Delicatessen

200 gr. of Tuna in olive
Black Olives Spanish Delicatessen

100 gr. of black olives
50 gr. of capers
1 yolk
1 part of garlic
1 dl. of olive oil
pepper
Salt

Preparation:

Debone the olives. Dry the tuna, put in the mixer with the yolk, the peeled garlic and the capers.Add the olive oil slowly to get a sweet cream. Salt if necessary. serve in a recipy with tha black olives and part of lemon.
